Is each clinic's data kept separate?
Yes. Every clinic has its own database and its own subdomain. One clinic can never see another clinic's patients or settings.
Who can see clinical notes?
Notes are typed: reception intake notes, notes for the patient record, private doctor notes and hand-offs to reception. Each role sees only the types it should.
Can patients book online?
Yes. Each doctor can have a public booking link that shows only their real free times, respecting their schedule, leave and clinic holidays.
Can we use our own branding?
Yes. The clinic administrator sets the logo, colours, login page and typeface from the Appearance settings.
